Hey Friend! Welcome to my website! I am honored that you are here taking a peek around to learn more about who I am and what I do.

A bit more about me…

I am first a wife to my husband Lance and a mom to my 3 girls Sydney, Megan, Kyra and my son Jace. We live with the 6 of us on a small family farm in Iowa. Lance and I both grew up on gravel roads with farms of pigs and cattle. We knew we wanted to go back there to raise our family.

I have a degree in Graphic Design and Marketing. I left my full-time job after our 2nd child was born to be a stay-at-home mom.

Clean products lead to a new career!

As the years went by, staying home raising my little ones, I didn’t realize how much I missed the contribution and significance aspect of my work. After my son was born I had severe hormone issues. I decided I needed to do something for myself and the first place I turned to was a friend who introduced me to The Never List at Beautycounter.

I decided to try a few products and see if it really made a difference when it came to my hormone imbalances. Needless to say, I was hooked on how my skin looked. It didn’t look this good in years. I was shocked to find out, my hormones were regulated after 3 months.

After having an amazing experience with using the products and loving the mission of helping others, I started a Facebook group where I could share more of my personal experiences with products and hoping to help others live a healthier lifestyle.

This fulfilling hobby quickly started to grow and become an income stream for our family that we never dreamed possible.

In October 2015, I joined Beautycounter at one of the busiest seasons of farming. We were harvesting and I was helping in the field. Living in a small town I knew I didn’t have a large network living in a town of 1500 people and needed to launch my business all online to be successful.

In the past 5 years, I’ve grown and scaled my business from less than 250 Facebook friends, zero Instagram followers, and no social media or marketing experience to over 1350K on Instagram and over 1600K on Facebook. I went from being a new business owner to hitting Executive Director in the company. Our team has swapped out $650,000 in products over the last year and I personally sold over $70,000 in just 2020! This was done with all ONLINE exposure.

I learned that I have a passion for creating systems, teaching people time management, and developing leaders.

A career became a passion…

All because I followed my passion for health and turned that into a scalable business with other amazing women who are also out there creating thriving businesses that support their families.

I love learning how to lead others, how to create duplicatable systems to help the team grow and I get so much joy in seeing my team succeed.

I am so thankful to be able to spread my knowledge and experience to others and help as many people as possible to succeed.

I love working with people inside and outside of network marketing and I love that I can use my skills in so many different ways.

One of my being the light of Jesus through my everyday work.

I am obsessed with being the best version of myself that I can be to glorify HIM! I love my work and I am excited about the current opportunities and future ones to come.

In the meantime…

When I’m not working my Beautycounter business you can find me hanging with my family on the farm. We love having a wide-open space to enjoy nature and be present with each other. We love heading to the Black Hills and 4 wheeling with our friends.

We love hanging out as a family and traveling or snuggled up on the couch watching a movie.
